An amphitheatre with a seven-metre-high glass façade overlooking the surrounding area makes the most of the magical location, while a two-storey glass infinity pool in the style of an aquarium brings the outside in and the inside out.
From the macro level - the architecture of the building and the garden design - to the micro level - the wall paint, the tiles for the pool, the lighting and even the door handles - every element was handpicked or handmade by Monica Armani. The architect and multidisciplinary designer draws on the principles of the contemporary Bauhaus movement to create a new kind of luxury property, a unique villa on the Costa Blanca that will be at the forefront of the Spanish luxury real estate market. The Bauhaus pioneer once said "God is in the detail" - and every detail of Morning Breeze was designed by the architect herself.
"Morning Breeze" was awarded in the Residential Property and Architecture Single Residence categories at the European Property Awards 2020-2021. The award recognises the design, construction, location and service of this spectacular villa. It was awarded by a group of 80 professionals from the real estate industry, composed of architects, interior designers and designers from all over the world, who independently analyse aspects as diverse as quality, originality, sustainability or innovation.
